Your New Texas Home Group operates as a real estate team brokered by Realty of America, LLC in Texas. Agency relationships, duties, and disclosures will be governed by applicable Texas law and the agreements you sign when engaging us in a real estate transaction, including required Texas brokerage disclosures. Nothing on this Site creates an agency relationship or a listing or buyer representation agreement; such relationships are created only through a written agreement signed by you and the appropriate brokerage representative.

Compliance with Law

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to real estate regulations, fair housing laws, anti-discrimination laws, telemarketing and SMS rules, and data privacy laws. We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate if we believe you have violated any laws or these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
